Responsibility and aspiration
We acknowledge our responsibility towards the environment and the people who are part of the economic cycle. This includes fair working conditions and environmentally-oriented production processes. We are steadily reducing our environmental footprint through a sustainable range of products and purchasing policy.
Sustainable, resource-conscious management is becoming increasingly important for all of us! We have therefore offset all of our CO2 emissions at the site since 2019. In addition to a sustainable company location, we also ensure that precisely these issues are improved in the value creation process. For example, in our food products, we rely on sustainable fish production (MSC / ASC seal) in which no destructive fishing methods are used and no endangered species are caught as bycatch. We are also particularly focusing on expanding our vegetarian and vegan products, as well as sourcing sustainably-grown raw materials, such as palm oil. As a member of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), we ensure compliance with the set RSPO guidelines, in accordance with which we also undertake to only use certified palm oil. One of our main goals is to limit our environmental impact, reduce our use of resources, and manufacture products in a way that is as environmentally friendly as possible. This also applies to the use of FSC-certified cardboard boxes. Despite all these measures, we know we still have to do more. Therefore, our major concern in the coming years is to reduce our ecological footprint even more and to promote sustainable products.

The employees are the greatest success factor behind every successful company. Only by acting responsibly towards them as well can we develop the potential of all employees. In order to optimally develop and support our employees, we offer the option of topic-specific and current training opportunities.
When it comes to our suppliers and manufacturers, we also take on social responsibility beyond European borders, by not only supporting the development of the location, but also ensuring that fair working conditions prevail in our partner companies through the BSCI code of conduct.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or suggestions. We are always here to help.
